What to include in your message

  • Practice name, contact person and best phone number

  • Patient: name, species, breed, age, and weight

  • Brief history and current problem (2–3 lines) and which limb/procedure is likely

  • Attach key images/reports: recent radiographs (DICOM/JPG) and relevant bloodwork (PDF/JPG)

  • Preferred dates or timeframe for surgery or training

What to expect after you contact me

  • Initial response within 24 hours on weekdays (please allow longer for weekends/holidays).

  • If case details are required, I’ll request radiographs and relevant history for pre‑op review.

  • We’ll agree a practical plan: recommended diagnostics, proposed procedure(s), estimated timeline and booking options (single case or list).

  • A pre‑op checklist and fasting instructions will be provided before admission.

  • Immediate post‑op summary and owner discharge sheet sent same day or at discharge; formal surgical report provided to your clinic.
